Returns & Exchanges

At Elite Wheels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
